At least three people have died in violent confrontations in Sucre, Bolivia, where the framework for a new constitution was approved on Saturday. KPFK’s Sonali Kolhatkar (Uprising Radio) interviews Toward Freedom editor Ben Dangl in Cochabamba, Bolivia on the conflict.
